Job Description
Vice President, Finance responsible for financial planning and analysis at Honest Health. Overseeing financial strategy and enabling growth in a value-based care environment.
Responsibilities:
- Shape enterprise financial strategy and enable scalable growth in a value-based care environment
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, enterprise performance management, and capital planning
- Partner with executive leadership across Operations, Clinical, Actuarial, Product, and Business Development
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s enterprise financial strategy
- Establish and lead the enterprise performance management framework, including KPIs, reporting, and operating rhythms
- Serve as a thought partner to the CFO and senior leadership on key business decisions
- Support capital planning efforts, including investor materials, Board reporting, and financial narrative development
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team across FP&A and field finance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with significant exposure to FP&A and strategic finance
- Proven experience operating as a senior finance leader in a high-growth, complex environment (healthcare or value-based care strongly preferred)
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, long-range planning, and scenario analysis
- Experience supporting capital strategy, investor engagement, or M&A
- Experience supporting executive-level and Board-level decision-making through analysis, modeling, and insights
- Experience in value-based care, risk-based contracting or alternative payment models preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to operational strategy
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams and scalable finance functions
