Job Description
Lead the commercial strategy as P&L owner for VistaPrint’s North America categories. Direct transition to high-growth products and enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- formulate and execute the holistic commercial strategy as the P&L owner
- orchestrate the strategic transition toward high-growth strategic products
- cultivate an entrepreneurial, high-performing culture
- proactively influence and guide a broad network of embedded, cross-functional resources
- operate with customer-first thinking
- lead the technological evolution of regional category systems and processes
- collaborate closely with global executive stakeholders
Requirements:
- 15+ years of business leadership in ecommerce
- 8+ years of people leadership guiding senior teams
- proven track record of strategic portfolio governance
- exceptional cross-functional influence
- comprehensive understanding of e-commerce ecosystems
- demonstrated aptitude for workflow innovation
- solid foundational understanding of data analytics
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or an equivalent advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field
- working knowledge of localized supply chain logistics and manufacturing workflows
