Job Description
VP of Global Accounts leading Shaw Industries' commercial flooring brand presence in Latin America. Strengthening account relationships and driving business growth across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strengthening of the Shaw Industries Commercial Brand (Shaw Contract and Patcraft) presence throughout Latin America.
- Coordinate sales planning, account management, and business development with Latin American, International Global Accounts, and Sales Management Teams to leverage our opportunity with these accounts.
- Communicate and coordinate all activities related to Global and Strategic accounts with Commercial Account Executives, Global VPSAs, aligned dealers, and Marketing Management across all brands.
- Establish new Global and Strategic Accounts; expand and protect existing relationships and realize full potential with current Global & Strategic Accounts.
- Research and map current and new Global & Strategic Accounts; serve as the communication conduit for Global & Strategic Accounts across the company.
- Act as a catalyst and multiplier for non-hospitality selling segments for Shaw Industries (e.g., corporate workplace, healthcare, retail, etc.).
- Establish relationships, communication, and engagement with sales management and salespeople across all brands, ensuring consistent alignment between U.S. account leadership, local dealers, and end-users.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and training with our aligned dealers; serve as an educator to dealer partners and internal teams on product launches, positioning, and market opportunities.
- Utilize sales automation tools and processes to track projects ordered directly from Shaw as well as from local service providers in the market.
- Be involved with RFPs, contracts, and agreements strategically.
- Travel throughout Latin America to build relationships and market coverage; maintain consistent engagement rhythms with aligned dealer partners (e.g., regular monthly/bi-monthly touchpoints) and share actionable market intelligence back to leadership.
Requirements:
- Three or more years of commercial interiors industry experience working with Architectural Design Firms, product distribution channels and Multinational Companies.
- Selling experience with sales performance growth history.
- Leadership and lateral influence skills are necessary.
- Ability to travel throughout Latin America.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Comfortable presenting to dealer partners, A&D audiences, and end-users; able to adapt style across executive boardroom and field environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships across diverse cultures and stakeholder groups; coachable with an inclusive, servant-leadership approach.
