Job Description
VP, Value Added Assembly leader overseeing P&L and strategy execution in Radar and RF Technology. Leading program managers and collaborating with manufacturing and development teams to meet goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the overall vision, strategy, and leadership for the business group.
- Sets the goals and objectives for the group, including orders, sales, growth, operating performance, budget.
- Lead the development of market, product, and technology strategy.
- Development of plans to implement strategy.
- Maintain a good understanding of the customers’ new products and program development needs.
- Lead a team of program managers to develop and implement business plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and provide direction and leadership for assigned staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry with focus on Radar and RF Technology.
- Experience with successful implementation of organizational change.
- Experience within the A&D electronics industry and manufacturing experience preferred.
