Job Description
Workday Financials Consultant implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Financials for Albida’s clients. Supporting deployments, data conversion, testing, troubleshooting, and finance-team training.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist in the implementation of Workday Financials
- Collaborate with other consultants to gather requirements and configure solutions
- Partner with clients to understand business needs and provide functional expertise
- Ensure Workday solutions align with client objectives
- Evaluate current financial processes and propose improvements using Workday best practices
- Provide functional expertise for legacy data conversion during deployment and optimisation
- Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure system effectiveness
- Support end-users with Workday Finance inquiries and issues
- Promote user acceptance
- Contribute to developing and delivering training sessions for finance teams
- Stay updated with Workday enhancements and features and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Workday Certification in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P) or Contracts to Cash (C2C)
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Financials
- Knowledge of key financial processes and accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
