Job Description
Workday Financials Consultant implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Financials for Albida clients. Supporting deployments, process improvements, testing, training, and end-user adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and optimise Workday Financials solutions for clients
- Lead or assist in Workday Financials implementations
- Collaborate with consultants to gather requirements and configure solutions
- Partner with clients to understand business needs and provide functional expertise
- Evaluate financial processes and propose improvements using Workday best practices
- Provide functional expertise for legacy data conversion during deployment and optimisation
- Perform testing and troubleshooting
- Support end-users with Workday Finance functionality inquiries and issues
- Contribute to developing and delivering training sessions for finance teams
- Stay updated on Workday enhancements and features and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Workday Certification in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P) or Contracts to Cash (C2C) required; additional certifications desirable
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Financials
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology or another related field preferred
- Knowledge of key financial processes and accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
