It is located in Kolwezi in the Province of Lualaba in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
KCC’s portfolio of assets includes two (2) open pit operations (KOV & Mashamba East), one (1) underground mine (KTO), Kamoto concentrator, and Luilu refinery with a capacity of 300,000 t of copper plates per year and 40,000 of cobalt hydroxide.
