Job Description

HR & Executive Operations Coordinator managing recruitment and operational support at Copper. Ensuring smooth HR processes and assisting in leadership coordination for employee success.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruiting
  • Own onboarding and offboarding administration from end to end
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives across the organization
  • Track and celebrate employee work anniversaries (Copperversaries)
  • Own employee rewards and recognition from platform administration to program delivery
  • Maintain employee email distribution groups
  • Own the administrative backbone of the Employee Success function
  • Serve as the primary calendar owner for the CEO
  • Serve as a key operational partner to the executive team
  • Own end-to-end coordination of all standing company-wide meetings
  • Facilitate the monthly AMA with the CEO
  • Support QBR delivery from start to finish
  • Manage Board Meeting logistics end to end
  • Act as backup facilitator for the Weekly Playback

  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Comfort working across a modern tech stack including Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, Lattice, Lever, Rippling, Carta, and Claude
