Job Description
HR & Executive Operations Coordinator managing recruitment and operational support at Copper. Ensuring smooth HR processes and assisting in leadership coordination for employee success.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruiting
- Own onboarding and offboarding administration from end to end
- Lead employee engagement initiatives across the organization
- Track and celebrate employee work anniversaries (Copperversaries)
- Own employee rewards and recognition from platform administration to program delivery
- Maintain employee email distribution groups
- Own the administrative backbone of the Employee Success function
- Serve as the primary calendar owner for the CEO
- Serve as a key operational partner to the executive team
- Own end-to-end coordination of all standing company-wide meetings
- Facilitate the monthly AMA with the CEO
- Support QBR delivery from start to finish
- Manage Board Meeting logistics end to end
- Act as backup facilitator for the Weekly Playback
Requirements:
- A natural ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Strong project management instincts
- The ability to shift and pivot quickly when priorities change
- A genuine love of process
- Sharp organizational instincts with an eye for detail
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Comfort working across a modern tech stack including Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, Lattice, Lever, Rippling, Carta, and Claude
