A single experienced Client Services Director (CSD) and an Accounting Manager will be your sole points of contact for all of your foreign consulting needs - you will not need to chase multiple accountants, lawyers and HR consultants in different geographies or have an allegedly single contact point but with little expertise acting simply as a postbox.

The Client Services team is backed by staff at senior and mid-management level each having more than a decade of experience in providing IES services.

We have offices and personnel in US, UK, India and Singapore and currently support clients in more than 53 countries.

A single accounting team keeps all of a client’s entities' books in a consistent manner to US GAAP or IFRS (as required) either on the client’s own accounting system or on our ERP system which communicates with the client’s system via an interface.

Our teams are experienced and can operate in a variety of ERP environments ranging from Quickbooks, through Netsuite, Navision and Intacct to ORACLE.

A single 'CSD' specializing in specific regions of the world is responsible for all of your multi-country consulting and in-country compliance needs.

Our focus remains to provide an integrated approach covering HR, tax, legal and accounting to ensure consistency across all disciplines and prevent an over-engineered and costly international tax structure as well as minimizing employment risks.

In addition, we can provide banking facilities (after appropriate due diligence), registered offices and local resident directors (where required by law) in all of the countries where we operate, and we can also advise you of the personal risks you take on when you accept a director or other fiduciary position in a foreign subsidiary.
