Job Description
Account Manager partnering with clients on medical affairs and commercial communications. Leading agency projects, budgets, timelines, and account growth for Nucleus Global.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key client partner for global medical affairs and commercial initiatives
- Lead execution across medical affairs and commercial projects, including advisory boards, symposia, slide decks, infographics, and digital initiatives
- Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure excellence in delivery
- Collaborate with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to produce accurate, compelling scientific communications
- Contribute to organic account growth and new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred; advanced degree a plus)
- Demonstrable experience in account management within medical communications
- Proven experience managing medical affairs and commercial projects
- Strong project management and financial oversight skills
- Confident client communicator with exceptional attention to detail
