Each year, thousands of exceptional young people do not apply to great colleges and careers due to lack of information and financial limitations.

We find these talented youth and give them the opportunity to build a brighter future for themselves and for our nation.

How does it work? We operate programs that recruit, develop, and support motivated low-income students through high school, college, and into their first job.

We leverage the power of data, our custom college application for low-income students, an extensive alumni network, and partnerships with America’s best colleges and companies to help talented youth dream big.
