Job Description

Account Manager driving growth in enterprise customer accounts. Collaborating with CSMs to maximize customer value and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with CSM to create tailored plans for each account
  • Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders
  • Partner with CS, Product and Legal to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Accurately document account activities in the CRM
  • Conduct in-person meetings with clients to deepen relationships

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years managing and selling into mid-market SaaS accounts ($5M+ in GMV)
  • Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level executives
  • Experienced in reviewing and interpreting data trends
  • Able to diagnose customer pain points and develop tailored solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized in managing multiple accounts and priorities
  • Proficient with CRM and reporting tools
  • Adapts well in a dynamic environment
