Job Description
Account Manager driving growth in enterprise customer accounts. Collaborating with CSMs to maximize customer value and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with CSM to create tailored plans for each account
- Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Partner with CS, Product and Legal to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Accurately document account activities in the CRM
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients to deepen relationships
Requirements:
- 3-4 years managing and selling into mid-market SaaS accounts ($5M+ in GMV)
- Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level executives
- Experienced in reviewing and interpreting data trends
- Able to diagnose customer pain points and develop tailored solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized in managing multiple accounts and priorities
- Proficient with CRM and reporting tools
- Adapts well in a dynamic environment
