Job Description
AI Creative Engineer creating performance video ads with generative models for Created AI. Refining prompts, workflows, and model selection for real-brand campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Tinker with generative models to improve quality through prompt iteration, reference images, character consistency, and lip sync
- Build and refine generation workflows and prompt libraries for the team
- Test and benchmark new models upon release and recommend the best model for each use case
- Generate performance video ads using Veo, Seedance, Kling, Sora, and future models
- Apply video editing judgment to ensure generated outputs are usable as finished ads
- Work directly with the Created AI product team and provide insights that shape product development
Requirements:
- Advanced hands-on experience with current generative models (text to image, image to video, text to video) and a working map of the model landscape
- Strong prompting skill: you can turn a bad output into a usable one, fast
- A video editing background in social media ads
- A portfolio of AI-generated video work
- Understanding of performance advertising
- High output and fast adaptation to new model releases
- Strong internet connection
- Willingness to complete a short test assignment
