Job Description
AI Engineer building fullstack and generative AI features for CodiLime’s enterprise SaaS platform. Integrating LLMs, APIs, and secure multi-tenant data workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Develop features across the full stack, with strong expertise in either React/TypeScript UI or Python (FastAPI)/Node.js services
- Work with Product Managers and Designers to turn product requirements and designs into production-ready software
- Own features end to end, from implementation through release, instrumentation, and iteration
- Build and integrate generative AI features connecting LLMs with enterprise data, APIs, and internal tools
- Design prompts, tool calls, workflow orchestration, context management, guardrails, and human review
- Evaluate AI workflows and monitor quality, latency, cost, and failure rates
- Use AI coding assistants while validating generated output and helping build automated quality gates
- Participate in code reviews and identify architectural and AI reliability risks
- Document data flows, API contracts, and AI workflow behavior
- Write and optimize SQL against PostgreSQL and contribute to schema and data-model decisions
- Apply security-first thinking across UI, API, and AI workflow layers, including tenant isolation, RBAC, and least-privilege access
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and client-facing stakeholders on an enterprise commercial execution platform
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional experience in fullstack web development
- Strong experience in either React / TypeScript UI engineering or Python (FastAPI) / Node.js backend development
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into production applications, including prompt design, tool/function calling, and safe handling of non-deterministic output
- Daily experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL
- Experience with APIs, authentication, authorization, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and RBAC
- Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS application security
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Ability to evaluate AI features and monitor quality, latency, cost, and reliability
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of English, minimum C1 level
