Job Description
AI Engineer developing and implementing multi-agent systems at Nordcloud, a leader in cloud solutions in Europe. Leading a team to enhance cloud integration and agent interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and development of tool-based agents that interact with APIs, databases, and knowledge systems
- Lead a team of AI/ML engineers to implement multi-agent systems
- Build persistent agent storage systems (short-term, long-term, and episodic memory)
- Implement fault-tolerant orchestration for multi-agent pipelines
- Design and scale cloud-native systems (on AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Simulate and test multi-agent interactions for scalability, security, and emergent behaviors
- Build guardrail systems using tools such as Guardrails AI, NeMo Guardrails, or custom validators
- Embed compliance and observability hooks into every agent interaction
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and LLM training pipelines
- Understanding of agent architectures (e.g., ReAct, Reflexion, Voyager, AutoGPT, CrewAI, AutoGen)
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain / LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, Swarm, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of multi-agent communication protocols (e.g., MCP and A2A)
- Ability to balance autonomy and control and implement human-in-the-loop governance mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with version control, CI/CD, and containerization (GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of continuous deployment of multi-agent pipelines using Argo CD, GitOps, or Terraform
- Awareness of prompt injection, data exfiltration, and model hallucination vulnerabilities
- Experience with security layers (content filtering, moderation, evaluation of model outputs)
