Job Description
AI Security Engineer focusing on IAM at Dell. Contributing to Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute your expertise and technical skills to Dell's security infrastructure environment.
- Manage processes and technologies to implement identity lifecycle operations for AI agents and service principals.
- Administer RBAC and ABAC policies for agent-driven workflows.
- Manage credentials used by AI agents, including vault policies.
- Collaborate with product teams to capture use cases and translate them into concrete IAM controls.
- Assist in investigations and incident response involving agent-driven AI.
Requirements:
- Manage agent and service identities using modern authentication (OAuth 2.0 + OIDC).
- Administer the full lifecycle of AI agents (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), implement machine-to-machine flows, and integrate corporate IdPs and API Gateways.
- Strong understanding of OAuth and OIDC flows and familiarity with group-based access controls in AD/Entra (Azure AD/Entra).
- Fundamental knowledge of IAM is essential for this role.
- Desired: basic scripting skills (Python/TypeScript).
- Demonstrate compliance with residency/consent/retention requirements.
- Work with AI and IAM Architects to keep IAM configurations, runbooks, and workflows up to date.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and/or agent platforms.
- Experience working with AI governance platforms and MLOps.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
