Job Description
Voice AI Lead at a fast-growing healthcare company responsible for AI strategy and execution. Collaborating with C-suite on enterprise Voice AI deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise Voice AI deployments end-to-end
- Optimize containment, CSAT, and task success rates
- Integrate Voice AI into Five9 or similar CCaaS platforms
- Design conversation flows, prompts, and fallback logic
- Improve QA, evals, and conversation performance metrics
- Support compliant outbound Voice AI operations
- Partner directly with executive leadership on roadmap priorities
Requirements:
- 8+ years relevant Voice AI or contact center experience
- 3+ production Voice AI deployments personally owned
- Experience with PolyAI, Cognigy, Replicant, or Parloa
- Deep CCaaS knowledge, preferably Five9
- Strong SIP, CTI, queue management, and transfer knowledge
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services
