Job Description
Android Engineer building ElevenLabs’ AI-powered Creative App. Shipping Kotlin and Jetpack Compose features that bring audio, music, image, and video creation to millions.
Responsibilities:
- Build the Creative App for Android, bringing ElevenLabs' audio AI to millions of users
- Ship features that integrate tightly with AI-driven audio models
- Determine where focused bets or incremental improvements will best move the product
- Work closely with design, product, and research teams
- Help shape the app's architecture and technical direction
- Use experimental results and data to draw conclusions and guide product decisions
Requirements:
- Strong native Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Track record of shipping features that improved engagement
- Experience designing and running A/B tests and using data to determine what to build next
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Ability to add structure where needed
- Experience owning performance, quality, and responsiveness in a production app
- Bonus: experience with audio playback or streaming on Android
- Bonus: experience building mobile infrastructure for build, test, and release pipelines
- Ability to operate in GMT to GMT+4 timezones preferred
