Job Description
Front-End Developer proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, working closely with global creative teams at a fast-paced product studio. Focus on building responsive web pages and components.
Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and maintain pixel-perfect, responsive web pages and microsites.
- Convert Figma/XD designs into clean, modular, and production-ready front-end code.
- Work across Webflow, Framer, and Shopify to deliver world-class interfaces.
- Collaborate with design, backend, and project management teams in PST hours to ensure real-time communication and delivery alignment.
- Test UI across devices and browsers, ensuring smooth performance and visual consistency.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail — obsessing over responsiveness, spacing, and polish.
- Learn React.js under guidance to transition into component-based development for larger projects.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience (formal or informal) in front-end web development.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Must be comfortable working during PST hours. (IST 6:30 PM- 3:30 AM)
- Deep understanding of responsive design, browser testing, and layout debugging.
- Exceptional communication skills — proactive, clear, and confident.
- Passion for quality, detail, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to train and grow into React.js development.
- Experience with Webflow, Framer, or Shopify is a plus (or ability to learn quickly).
