Job Description

Associate Manager developing global medical content for Pfizer's Medical Communications team. Involves collaboration with various teams to produce high-quality medical content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop global medical content including abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters, presentations, and more
  • Ensure execution of all projects within expected timelines while adhering to quality and compliance requirements
  • Track the progress of projects and resolve issues with guidance from manager
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive solutions

Requirements:

  • Advanced scientific degree (eg, MS, MRes, MPharm, PhD, PharmD, MBBS/MD)
  • 2+ years experience in pharmaceutical medicine, including medical affairs, medical compliance
  • Proven ability to take ownership of individual work and align with more experienced colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and credibility with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Experience in medical content writing / writing in academic settings
  • Effective English verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
  • Expertise in assigned therapeutic areas (preferred)
  • Experience in medical content creation (preferred)
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior colleagues (preferred)
