Job Description

Content and Distribution Coordinator managing travel tech implementations at Spotnana. Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless connectivity and integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation and testing of NDC connections and travel technology supplier integrations
  • Assist with troubleshooting connectivity and content issues during onboarding and production phases
  • Coordinate with engineering and supplier partners to identify and resolve integration issues
  • Manage Sabre and Amadeus user provisioning and access requests
  • Ensure correct permissions and configurations based on role requirements
  • Maintain documentation and internal processes related to GDS access management
  • Handle operational requests related to travel content distribution and configuration
  • Perform audits and validation of travel content data where required
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately
  • Act as a coordination point between engineering, content teams, travel technology suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates on task progress, blockers, and timelines
  • Ensure requests are tracked, prioritized, and completed in a timely manner
  • Document operational processes and troubleshooting procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce turnaround time, and increase operational efficiency
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support documentation

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in the travel industry
  • Experience working with GDS systems (Sabre or Amadeus required)
  • Familiarity with NDC, travel distribution, or travel technology platforms
  • Experience coordinating with technical teams such as engineering or product
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting travel technology implementations or integrations
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations or supplier connectivity
  • Experience working in global, distributed teams
  • Exposure to travel supplier onboarding or content management processes
