Job Description
Kotlin Senior Developer collaborating with Brazil's top digital bank. Focus on software development practices, problem-solving, and performance instrumentation.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the developed product throughout its lifecycle (from feature conception to maintenance);
- Provide services related to the product;
- Troubleshoot technical issues (bugs/incidents/analyses);
- Follow policies and processes defined by the client;
- Implement unit, functional, and performance tests following team guidelines;
- Resolve production issues during incidents that impact customers;
- Instrument applications to capture performance data, operational logs, and metrics.
Requirements:
- Kotlin programming language;
- Spring framework;
- Software development best practices – TDD, DDD, and Clean Code;
- Agile practices/frameworks: SCRUM and KANBAN;
- Experience provisioning AWS resources and using AWS services (SQS, S3);
- Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis;
- Writing and applying unit tests;
- Code management using Git Flow;
- Event-driven architecture;
- Clear and concise communication skills;
- Team spirit and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams;
- Creativity and proactivity to envision different usage scenarios for applications.
