Job Description
Biostatistics Research Associate developing AI medical solutions for oncology. Collaborating with healthcare teams on statistical analyses and clinical validations.
Responsibilities:
- Support clinical data intake, cleaning, and preparation of analysis-ready datasets for model development and clinical validation.
- Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses for retrospective and prospective oncology studies.
- Generate tables, figures, and summary outputs for internal review, publications, and regulatory submissions.
- Reproduce, validate, and QC existing analyses under supervision.
- Document analysis workflows and decisions to support reproducibility.
- Collaborate with Biostatistics, AI, Clinical, Product, and Regulatory stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience using R for statistical analysis.
- Strong foundation in statistical methods and study design.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical collaborators.
- Ability to work independently on scoped analyses while incorporating feedback from senior team members.
- Interest in applying biostatistics to healthcare, oncology, AI, or clinical product development.
