Job Description
Telefonische Interviews mit Unternehmen für das Markt- und Sozialforschungsinstitut USUMA. Flexible Tätigkeit von zu Hause oder im Berliner Telefonstudio.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone interviews with various companies on a range of topics
- Conduct surveys on customer satisfaction, industry trends, and market positioning
- Gain insights into current topics and developments
- Work flexible hours from home or at the telephone studio in Berlin
Requirements:
- Experience conducting telephone surveys or working in a call center environment, including cold calling
- Excellent communication skills and a clear, friendly telephone manner
- Confident using computers
- Flexible and reliable in following guidelines and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and with a goal-oriented approach
- At least 18 years of age
