Job Description
Remote Telephone Interviewer conducting scripted UK interviews for IFF Research, a social research agency. Capturing accurate responses for government and organisational research projects.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-quality telephone interviews from home on behalf of the research team
- Follow guided scripts
- Record responses accurately
- Call UK university graduates and other respondents for government and organisational research projects
- Build rapport, listen carefully, ask questions, and capture answers
- Book weekly shifts through the scheduling portal
- Complete paid training and participate in a virtual video assessment and live trial training session
Requirements:
- Must be able to work from a UK location
- Great people skills and enjoyment of speaking to a variety of people
- Confidence using a computer and noting down information accurately
- Reliability and ability to work towards targets
- A quiet home working space and broadband connection
- Computer or laptop
- USB headset
- Ethernet connection
- Phone-based experience in customer service, sales, or similar is ideally desirable but not required
- Full training provided
- Must complete six application knockout criteria
- Must complete a virtual video assessment focused on customer service and telephone skills
- Must successfully complete a paid live trial training session
