Job Description
EV Concierge Representative supporting electric vehicle customers for a leading U.S. automotive manufacturer. Handling phone, chat, and email inquiries about vehicles, charging, reservations, and service.
Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on current and future electric vehicle offerings, products, and services
- Support customers via phone, chat, and email
- Answer questions about electric vehicle features and technology
- Provide guidance on charging solutions and home charging options
- Assist with vehicle reservations and ordering processes
- Handle dealership and service inquiries
- Provide recall-related information
- Take ownership of customer concerns and follow issues through resolution
- Deliver personalized, value-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
- Provide approximately 80% phone support and 20% chat, email follow-up, and case documentation
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong reading comprehension and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively in a structured environment
- Must be available to work any assigned shift within the operating schedule
- Flexible and available to work any shift within the listed operating hours
