Job Description
Call Center Recruiter managing high-volume hiring for remote operations team. Ensuring top talent alignment with mission through effective recruiting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for call center roles (sourcing to offer)
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet weekly hiring targets and time-to-fill goals
Requirements:
- 1+ year of recruiting experience (call center or high-volume hiring preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Reliable internet and distraction-free workspace
