Job Description

Call Center Recruiter managing high-volume hiring for remote operations team. Ensuring top talent alignment with mission through effective recruiting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for call center roles (sourcing to offer)
  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Meet weekly hiring targets and time-to-fill goals

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of recruiting experience (call center or high-volume hiring preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Reliable internet and distraction-free workspace
