Job Description
CEO co-founding Cure, an AI-native recovery platform for regulated industries. Defining the market, winning enterprise design partners, building the founding team, and leading seed financing.
Responsibilities:
- Define Cure's category positioning and initial market wedge
- Identify high-value use cases and create a focused market-entry strategy
- Secure design partnerships with lenders, fintech companies, and regulated enterprises
- Work with executives and operators to turn recovery problems into expandable deployments
- Partner with technical and product leaders to build AI agents that understand context, reason over account data and policy, personalize conversations, take action across systems, and improve through feedback
- Establish data, experimentation, evaluation, and operating loops to improve recovery rates, efficiency, compliance, and consumer experience
- Recruit the founding team and create a culture of speed and product excellence
- Develop narratives that attract customers, talent, partners, and investors
- Define milestones and lead the seed financing process with support from Montauk Capital
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success as a founder, GM, product leader, or early-stage operator creating a new product, market, or business before the playbook existed
- Experience building or commercializing AI-native enterprise software, conversational AI, customer experience platforms, decisioning systems, or similar products
- Ability to engage senior executives, uncover high-value workflows, earn trust in complex organizations, and convert design partnerships into durable, expanding customer relationships
- Fluency in agents, models, data, integrations, evaluation, guardrails, and human oversight in consequential workflows
- Strong instincts for consumer psychology, lending or payments economics, auditability, explainability, consumer protection, and trust
- Exceptional judgment, speed, resilience, storytelling ability, and product curiosity
- Capacity to attract outstanding people and inspire them to build an ambitious company from zero
