Job Description
Change Management Lead guiding clients through technology and process change at Oracle consulting firm Peloton. Developing adoption strategies, communications, impact analyses, and training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Apply change management processes and tools to create adoption strategies for project or initiative changes
- Collaborate with client executives and sponsors to build a Case for Change, including project vision/value statements with tangible goals
- Support communication efforts
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
- Assess change impact
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
- Support training efforts
- Complete change management assessments
- Ensure project management and change management standards are leveraged and reinforced
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree
- At least 5 years of experience working in a consulting capacity on technology or process change implementations
- At least 2 years focused on Change Management
- Experience acting as the liaison between business and IT stakeholders
- Experience in full life-cycle project development including requirements, design, development, testing and roll-out
- Experience managing change initiatives for Financial systems, Human Resource systems, and/or Supply Chain systems preferred
- Experience supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Ability to integrate change management activities into project plans
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members
- Fit with Peloton culture and company values
- Must be willing to travel
- CMP, Prosci, or other change management certification preferred
