Job Description

Change Management Specialist helping Prometheus Federal Services support federal health agencies. Leading adoption, readiness, stakeholder engagement, and transformation deliverables for Veterans Health Administration implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of new technologies, workflows, tools, and policies through change management strategies
  • Assess current-state user workflows, practices, policy compliance, change impacts, and implementation activities
  • Partner with IT product and project management teams to align technical implementation timelines with change readiness milestones
  • Support stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, implementation planning, and recommendations
  • Lead interviews, focus groups, and change-related discussions
  • Define and track change metrics and monitor progress and adoption
  • Lead change management assessments and support development of strategies using structured methodologies such as ADKAR
  • Coordinate change management activities within broader project plans and assess and promote user readiness
  • Support organizational design activities, including documenting roles, responsibilities, and process changes
  • Develop and maintain communication plans, roadmaps, training materials, and resistance management tools
  • Track and report project tasks, risks, issues, and action items
  • Escalate issues and risks according to project governance
  • Collaborate with project team members to support delivery objectives and shared accountability
  • Adapt communication and interpersonal approaches to evolving client needs and team-based delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience supporting change management activities for federal clients
  • Strong preference for experience in federal healthcare environments
  • Experience with self-directed, high-visibility initiatives involving stakeholder groups and executive-level briefing
  • Experience supporting technology or digital transformation projects
  • Ability to produce and support executive-level written and verbal communications, including briefings, presentations, and structured documentation
  • Strong analytical skills to define, collect, and analyze data, draw conclusions, and support informed decision-making
  • Experience developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, resource plans, and risk management artifacts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently and within team-based project environments
  • Ability to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
  • Ability to obtain a public trust
