Job Description
Part-Time Chaplain supporting employees' and family members' spiritual needs while fostering trust. Offering ministry services through workplace chaplains to facilitate care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose
- Interacts with companies and their employees and builds relationships of trust
- Provides referral service and coordinates specialized assistance to employees
- Works with companies to serve notifications of death and serious injuries
- Participates in new employee orientation to explain the Employee Care Service
Requirements:
- Ability to work as member of interdisciplinary group
- Skills to effectively listen and interact with clients, employees, and their families
- Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Skills in analyzing information to define and follow up on problems
- Demonstrated computer proficiency using Google Suites, Microsoft Office
- Must have active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance
