Job Description
Technical partner responsible for designing conversational flows for an intelligent chatbot platform. Working in a startup environment that promotes autonomy and real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design **end-to-end conversational flows**, from onboarding to resolving complex requests
- Structure **decision trees, intents, and dynamic, contextual responses**
- Develop and maintain chatbot logic (back-end and integrations, when applicable)
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate needs into conversational experiences
- Implement continuous improvements based on data, metrics, and user behavior
- Ensure scalability, organization, and development best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in **chatbot development** or **conversational AI**
- Knowledge in designing **conversational flows and conversational UX**
- Experience with bot platforms (e.g., Botmaker, Dialogflow, Watson, Rasa, etc.)
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation logic
- Ability to think product-wise, not just code
- **Nice-to-haves (not required, but valued)**
- Familiarity with the Botmaker platform
- Experience in startups or early-stage digital products
- Knowledge of AI, NLP, or LLMs
- Strategic vision and a business-building mindset
- Interest in acting as a **long-term partner**
