Job Description

Clinical Educator helping ColoWrap, an early-stage medical device company, improve colonoscopy care. Delivering GI training, supporting product adoption, and informing clinical strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on clinical and procedural training to clinicians across new and existing accounts
  • Drive evidence-based onboarding and adoption for safe and confident product use
  • Adapt training approaches to different clinical environments and experience levels
  • Serve as an in-room clinical resource during GI procedures with ColoWrap
  • Own outcome goals for current ColoWrap accounts
  • Provide follow-up education and best-practice reinforcement
  • Identify adoption and resistance patterns
  • Support clinical champions within accounts
  • Provide timely field support during critical implementation moments
  • Partner with Sales to support account growth while maintaining clinical integrity
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing on training content, messaging, and launch readiness
  • Share clinical insights from the field to influence product and strategy decisions
  • Take ownership of clinical education needs with minimal oversight
  • Adapt to changing priorities, products, and market dynamics
  • Represent the company professionally and credibly in clinical settings
  • Develop and refine training materials and tools
  • Establish repeatable, scalable approaches to clinical education
  • Improve training efficiency and consistency
  • Deliver education in alignment with regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain required documentation
  • Uphold ethical standards and prioritize patient safety

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree
  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse (CGRN) or willingness to pursue certification within a defined timeframe
  • GI-specific experience in endoscopy or related settings
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50–75% of time)
  • Prior experience in clinical education, precepting, training, or medical device support is a plus
