Job Description
Clinical Quality Supervisor leading quality assurance, therapist supervision, and pediatric psychotherapy at Blackbird Health. Delivering evidence-based care while improving documentation and clinical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical quality assurance and professional development across the therapy team
- Maintain a direct-care caseload of patients
- Conduct regular quality reviews of clinical notes, treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and discharge summaries
- Establish and monitor clinical care benchmarks
- Use chart-audit findings to identify trends, mitigate risk, and drive continuous clinical improvement
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to assigned therapists
- Support case conceptualization, risk management, and professional growth
- Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and training new clinicians
- Train clinicians on Blackbird’s care model, documentation standards, and evidence-based practices
- Provide constructive feedback and tailored instruction based on audits and performance reviews
- Deliver 12–15 direct-care clinical hours per week of evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families
- Collaborate with specialty providers across disciplines on comprehensive whole-child treatment plans
Requirements:
- Active PA LCSW with qualifications to provide clinical supervision in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience delivering psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families
- Demonstrated experience conducting clinical supervision, chart audits, or clinical training/quality management
- Expertise in evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT-informed, and TF-CBT
- Expertise in neurodiversity-affirming care
- Ability to supervise master’s-level clinicians and pre-licensed therapists
- Experience with clinical documentation, treatment planning, therapeutic delivery, chart reviews, and quality standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with PMHNPs, OTs, SLPs, and clinical operations
