Job Description
Part-time BCBA providing remote ABA therapy and support for families in the United States. Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising Behavior Technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
- Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision
- Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
- Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress
Requirements:
- Current BCBA Certification and MA LABA
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Previous ABA Experience
- Completed CORI background check
