Job Description
Cloud Architect serving as a critical technical bridge at Rubrik, ensuring product vision translates into viable solutions. Guide Product Managers and ensure successful field implementations in complex customer environments.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical SME to help PMs translate complex cloud requirements into actionable product requirements and PRDs.
- Work closely with PM and Engineering to design and validate architectures and workflows that meet enterprise-grade performance and security standards.
- Lead the "last mile" of product success by ensuring field teams have the right documentation, technical enablement, and architectural guides to make post-sale implementations successful.
- Conduct hands-on validation of new features in lab and customer environments to ensure they solve real-world challenges before full-scale rollout.
- Support the Sales Engineering and Professional Services organizations by validating field-facing content, including solution briefs, demos, and technical enablement materials.
- Act as a technical consultant to key customers and partners, helping them navigate cloud architecture and integration questions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Product roles within a cybersecurity or enterprise software company.
- Strong expertise in major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and identity services.
- Proven ability to go "hands-on"—you can perform deep-dive demos, validate complex integrations, and troubleshoot implementation hurdles in real-time.
- Excellent skills in translating technical nuances into business value for both executive stakeholders and technical practitioners.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams in a fast-paced environment
