- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows using cloud-native tooling (AWS Lambda, GitHub Actions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and scripting to eliminate operational toil
- Support Disaster Recovery implementation and testing; contribute to failover automation, DR runbooks, and recovery validation
- Monitor and support observability systems; contribute to AIOps initiatives and apply AI use cases to improve operational reliability
- Support the security team in identifying and remediating cloud vulnerabilities; follow and help enforce best practices across access controls, identity management, and network segmentation

- Familiarity with AI tooling in an operational or engineering context (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or similar); demonstrated interest in applying AI to cloud operations use cases.
Benefits:
- Comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, well-being, and financial security.
