Job Description
Cloud Engineer building TypeScript and Node.js data collection systems across GCP. Managing BigQuery pipelines, containers, Terraform infrastructure, and automated deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Own the data collection engine
- Write Node.js logic using TypeScript that interacts with GCP APIs at scale
- Manage the containerized environment
- Ensure infrastructure is version-controlled via Terraform
- Run nightly extraction processes pulling environment data from diverse client GCP projects into the central BigQuery warehouse
- Work with APIs, cloud architecture, and automated deployments
Requirements:
- Deep familiarity with GCP
- Familiarity with GCP Infrastructure and APIs
- Familiarity with Gemini Enterprise
- Familiarity with Monitoring / Cloud Logging
- Understanding of how to structure and load data into BigQuery for downstream consumption
- Expertise in SOLID principles and building production-ready TypeScript
- 3 years of experience
- Additional nice-to-have skills: Agent Registry, Cloud Run Jobs, Cloud Run Functions, Cloud Workflows, ETL process creation, enterprise-grade Node.js backend services and batch processing, Docker, Terraform/IaC, GCP IAM roles and service account management
