Job Description

Configuration / Data Management Analyst maintaining documentation and configuration management while supporting federal healthcare technology implementations. Ensuring critical project information is controlled and readily available for system success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and manage configuration management processes supporting enterprise healthcare technology implementations.
  • Maintain configuration baselines, version control, and document repositories throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate updates to engineering documentation, architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and technical artifacts.
  • Track configuration changes and ensure all documentation reflects approved modifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, development, testing, and project management teams to maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Support Integrated Design Reviews (IDR), Functional Readiness Reviews (FRR), and other governance activities by preparing configuration documentation and supporting materials.
  • Maintain document approval workflows and ensure configuration items are properly reviewed and released.
  • Perform configuration audits to verify documentation accuracy and compliance with established standards.
  • Support project governance by maintaining audit-ready documentation and configuration records.
  • Recommend process improvements that strengthen configuration management, documentation quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of experience supporting configuration management, document control, technical documentation, or data management within enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting software development lifecycle (SDLC) documentation and engineering processes.
  • Familiarity with configuration management principles, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Git, or similar collaboration and configuration management tools is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
