Job Description
Credentialing Associate maintaining licenses, CAQH profiles, and payer enrollments for Pair Team’s tech-enabled Medicaid and Medicare care network. Fully remote across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Track renewal deadlines for all active NP, MD, and RN licenses and prompt clinical staff to initiate renewals
- Coordinate with CVO and providers on timely license renewal submissions
- Manage CAQH re-attestation cycles every 60–90 days
- Maintain and monitor provider CAQH profiles for completeness and accuracy
- Manage Medicare and Medicaid group-level revalidation cycles
- Manage payer recredentialing, demographic updates, and enrollment updates
- Track submission status and follow up on outstanding items
- Collect and update provider documentation, including licenses, addresses, board certifications, and CPR certifications
- Manage credentialing offboarding for departing providers
- Support new-state expansion activity and new-state license applications and group enrollment submissions
- Support CVO or vendor-coordinated workflows during new market surges
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and comfort managing deadline-driven, recurring workflows
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple providers across multiple credentialing cycles and platforms simultaneously
- Clear communication skills for coordinating with clinical staff on documentation needs
- Comfort working in spreadsheet and tracking tools
- Must have a quiet, HIPAA-compliant at-home work environment with reliable internet and cell phone access
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare licensing operations or credentialing support preferred, not required
- Familiarity with CAQH and clinical licensing management is a plus
- Pair Team participates in E-Verify to verify employment eligibility for new hires
