Job Description
Kundenberater für Finanzen und Versicherungen bei ValueNet, dem führenden deutschen Anbieter von Mitarbeiter-Benefits. Beratung zu Financial Wellbeing, Vorsorge und Absicherung über digitale Kanäle.
Responsibilities:
- Advise employees of client companies on financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning and personal finances
- Serve as a point of contact by phone, email and digital channels
- Ensure an excellent customer experience
- Independently handle customer inquiries from consultation through implementation
- Explain complex topics in a clear, audience-appropriate manner
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training, university degree or relevant experience in customer advisory services, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
- Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
- Enjoy working with people and providing advice
- Structured, self-motivated and solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent German-language skills
- Confident user of digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
