Job Description
Customer Care Representative supporting Nationwide Studios, a leader in youth portrait photography. Assisting customers with services, requiring a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Will train motivated employees, return to work parents, veterans or candidates at the start of their careers
- Work from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
Requirements:
- Customer service aptitude with a positive attitude
- Exceptional Speaking and Communications skills
- Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment without getting frazzled
