Job Description

Customer Care Representative supporting Nationwide Studios, a leader in youth portrait photography. Assisting customers with services, requiring a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Will train motivated employees, return to work parents, veterans or candidates at the start of their careers
  • Work from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Requirements:

  • Customer service aptitude with a positive attitude
  • Exceptional Speaking and Communications skills
  • Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment without getting frazzled
