Job Description

Customer Success Analyst in remote role to enhance customer experiences in the construction industry. Join Vobi to revolutionize construction with a SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the best possible customer experience from onboarding through daily adoption, providing proactive guidance for optimal use of the platform;
  • Conduct onboarding, ongoing check-ins, and communication with our new customers;
  • Support the product team in continuous platform improvement by collecting customer feedback and identifying ways to increase engagement and delivered value;
  • Monitor KPIs and prevent churn across the customer portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Investigative, curious mindset for problem solving
  • Empathy to understand and guide customers
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in customer experience operations, preferably at technology or SaaS companies (a plus).
