Job Description
Aptive seeks a Data Analyst to support VHA leadership through strategic initiatives and executive reporting. Focused on enhancing visibility and managing high-priority projects within the Veterans Health Administration.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planning and execution of special projects directed by VHA Leadership Offices
- Align initiatives with enterprise priorities and leadership directives
- Establish and manage an intake process for new initiatives and special projects
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and tracking tools to provide real-time visibility into leadership actions
- Deliver executive-level status reporting using standardized formats (e.g., Green/Yellow/Red)
- Generate data-driven insights to support high-priority strategic initiatives
- Maintain visual management boards and portfolio tracking for executive stakeholders
- Provide a consolidated portfolio view of all DUSH-led initiatives
- Support development of executive briefings, reports, and presentation materials
- Integrate reporting tools with enterprise collaboration platforms where applicable
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or executive-level support
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a federal or healthcare environment
- Strong experience developing dashboards, executive reporting, and performance tracking tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
