Job Description
Data Engineer (Tech-Lead) responsible for leading design and implementation of data pipelines. Working remotely in LATAM, contributing to high-impact projects and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect high-quality data systems and pipelines
- Lead the development of complex data models and transformations
- Design and implement efficient workflow automation layers
- Ensure environment consistency and deployment reliability
- Take full ownership of the data product lifecycle
- Provide guidance and management to the team
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and Bash
- Deep experience with Snowflake and dbt
- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow
- Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD
- Proven track record in System Architecture and Team Leadership/Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
