Job Description
DevOps Pleno responsible for operating Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines at Linx. Collaborating with development teams to ensure reliability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and evolve the Kubernetes platform (AKS)
- Maintain and improve continuous delivery via GitOps with Argo CD
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Standardize and sustain observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
- Support development teams with troubleshooting and incident response
- Work with networking (Kubernetes + Azure)
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production
- AKS: node pools, upgrades, autoscaling
- Troubleshooting using kubectl, events, logs, probes
- Operation and maintenance of Argo CD
- Deployment strategies: rolling, blue-green, canary
- Experience operating at least one Kubernetes production environment
- Track record of automation and standardization
- Best practices: versioning, PR checks
- Strong fundamentals: DNS, TLS/certificates, HTTP/HTTPS
