Job Description
DevOps Engineer building scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation for Pipl’s AI-powered fraud-decisioning platform. Supporting secure, reliable production systems across payment and identity ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust cloud infrastructure solutions for high availability, performance, and security
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery and automated deployments across multiple environments
- Collaborate with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to define and implement efficient workflows
- Ensure the stability and reliability of production systems
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Solid understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, preferably GCP
- Experience in containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and GKE
- Experience building, deploying, and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with ArgoCD
- Experience using and implementing IaC with Terraform and Crossplane
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki
- Good scripting skills using Bash or Python
- Ability to debug problems spanning systems and design solutions spanning the whole stack
- Ability to maintain high standards when working with production systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
