Job Description
DevOps Engineer managing cloud environments and automation tools at RethinkFirst. Responsible for CI/CD pipeline and delivering quality code adhering to standards.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and managing cloud environments and creating modern automation tools
- Building and deploying continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and security strategies
- Supporting the delivery of quality code that adheres to standards and methodologies
- Performing incident management and root cause analysis, and leveraging observability tools
- Managing periodic progress reporting
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Azure DevOps engineering with building CI/CD pipelines using a GitOps Model
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps Services
- Experience working with and implementing automation tools such as PowerShell and Terraform
- Expert knowledge with Azure Kubernetes
- Experience in building Helm Charts and Templates
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple development teams
- Deadline-oriented - ability to meet deadlines, clear blockers, communicate delays and clarify ambiguous requirements
- Self-starter - ability to work Independently with minimal direction in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics or equivalent
