Job Description
Digital Analytics Manager responsible for managing tracking, analytics, and BI for franchise brands. Collaborating with various platforms and ensuring reliable measurement and reporting systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all Google Tag Manager implementations and governance
- Deploy and QA conversion tracking across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and programmatic
- Build and maintain event tracking (forms, calls, chat, store locator, engagement actions)
- Troubleshoot attribution discrepancies and platform mismatches
- Own GA4 data integration into Power BI
- Build and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards (internal + client-facing)
Requirements:
- 5–7 years in digital analytics, measurement, or marketing technology
- Advanced Google Tag Manager expertise
- Advanced GA4 configuration experience
- Strong experience building dashboards in Power BI (required)
- Experience building reporting frameworks in Looker Studio
- Experience supporting multi-location or franchise businesses preferred
