Job Description
Director of Identity Data Architecture at NBCUniversal overseeing identity data strategy and architecture evolution. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance identity resolution solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall strategy, architecture, and evolution of NBCU’s Identity Graph
- Own architectural decisions and long‑term roadmap for how identity data is modeled, linked, governed, and deployed
- Design, test, and optimize identity graph build logic to support high‑scale reach and high‑precision matching
- Evaluate and integrate large‑scale internal and third‑party census‑level datasets
- Develop and maintain identity data standards, pipelines, and frameworks
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Privacy, Cyber, Legal, and Product teams
- Continuously analyze new datasets, methodologies, and identity technologies
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience working in data architecture, data engineering, or identity resolution
- Deep expertise in designing and operating complex identity systems
- Proven leadership partnering across engineering, product, privacy, and data science teams
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to present to senior executives, colleagues, vendors, clients, and other levels of personnel
- Ability to articulate vision and direction, communicate effectively and manage performance and accountability
